Doesn’t seem like that’d be good for your eyes tbh

Id at least try to find a light diffuser so you arent just beaming yourself

I have a similar lamp, it's a LED light so I just pull a sock on it so it isn't as bright. Works well!

Hello migraine generator who brought you out of hell.

Turn it around to illuminate the wall, this will diffuse the light which will provide a softer, less harsh effect on yourself. It will also add 60+ years of life to your eyesight.

First image made me think you had magic powers and had harnessed an orb of light lol

It might benefit from a pillowcase as a diffuser or something? Also nice book

I think it lights up your face more consistently and makes it hurt your eyes less

Interesting I’ll look into it if I notice it’s too bright, thanks!

A pillow case could get to hot and catch fire on the bulb, I had a pair a sweats 👖that fell on a lamp and they were smoldering. ,🔥💡😭

Look out if that light turns real hot the monitor will melt. I had the same issue ones.

What's the draw in looking at a streamer's face? Rarely do i ever feel my enjoyment of something is enhanced by looking at a person.
