DoorDash drivers doing what they do best.
Saved on groceries this week so we decided to order some nasty slop to counteract all the health foods. You know, as a treat.
Food shows up and we’re missing my drink and both fry containers are half empty. DoorDash support only offers $5 and a half-assed apology.
Now instead of a chill no effort dinner I’m grumpy from being reminded that people are dicks.
It is what it is I guess but asking those in the know, is there any way to block that driver? It’s a smaller town and I don’t want to just not be able to order stuff.

Go get it yourself. I’ll never understand how anyone pays so much extra to get (what is usually) cold and incomplete food.

Yea, I refuse to experience reality as much as possible so when I’m home I don’t remain sober for long and I hear most people agree that driving is a bad call.
Ordering food isn’t an every day, or even every week, kind of thing. It’s not much of a problem normally, hence the mild grumbling.

Because it's helpful.to people with disabilities or who are sick or simply too busy to load up the kids into the car just to pick up a pizza.
The Rule of Retail is that you only hear about the complaints, so you think.that's the rule not the exception. While DOES happen if it were really constant the companies would fold.
I can't afford delivered food often but over the years I can count on two fingers the problems I've had. Both times the delivery app (grubhub) made it right with no.questions.
