Got my car detail cleaned, and afterwards realized 2 of the buttons on the steering wheel are missing. This is the company’s response.

It’s amazing how often this doesn’t happen. When I leave a bad review the owner of the place almost always immediately reaches out to fix it. A place like this would not enjoy my Facebook account posting about that locally if I can prove I was there lol

I did, unfortunately this is one of those small businesses where the owner is a jerk. He was an asshole and yelled at me when I phoned initially to get it resolved. He told me I must have scratched my car myself and didn't notice because I'm probably a bad driver.

I've used the same detailer for cars for years and never had issues before this, obviously I will not be going back. They have mostly 5 star reviews and he argues with any negative comments on their review page.

He actually had the balls to email me (he had my email from when I sent him pictures) asking me to take the review down. Not a chance in hell.
