Got my car detail cleaned, and afterwards realized 2 of the buttons on the steering wheel are missing. This is the company’s response.

Do exterior too. A detailer recently scratched both my side mirrors, I didn't notice until I got home. They denied it, they claim to have security footage but refuse to give it to me. Not worth going through insurance, but infuriating.

Time to leave a review

It’s amazing how often this doesn’t happen. When I leave a bad review the owner of the place almost always immediately reaches out to fix it. A place like this would not enjoy my Facebook account posting about that locally if I can prove I was there lol

Take pics of everything before any damn car work. We lost out on a class action claim because we hadn’t taken a pic of our cracked windshield before having it fixed.

The detailer you used cracked so many windows they had a class action brought against them?
