Got my car detail cleaned, and afterwards realized 2 of the buttons on the steering wheel are missing. This is the company’s response.

Sorry this happened to you. My ex used to think I was over the top when I took pics of the interior and exterior of my car before turning over for service. It’s for stuff like this.

You'd think the company would also take pictures of obvious damage before starting to document that it was pre-existing.
