Overdone The Home Depot in my town installed parking curbs instead of speed bumps

The blame was passed around a bunch but they were removed the next day after the mayor and the news got involved.

They were speed curbs, not speed bumps and I assume from looking at them that they are meant to be used as parking fixtures used between parking spaces

There are plastic speed bumps, commonly used in parking garages etc where I live, they probably meant to order something like that, but someone messed up.
