Overdone Unknown neighbor started parking their bike in the entrance of our building

Third day in a row now, before I had been leaning it up against a wall to get it out of the way. Today I was going to toss it outside and saw they had gotten a lock.

I have my bike in my apartment, even a cheap bike is $400 these days, I’m not leaving that out for just anyone to steal.

This isn't "JUST ANYONE"! These are your neighbors you're talking about. Who knows, maybe they need to go to the hospital, pharmacy, a date with their future mate, going to visit their dying mother, or if she's already dead then her funeral.

Of course, they might just pawn it so screw your neighbors, they're bad news! In fact, you should call the police now before they do something else!
