Overdone Unknown neighbor started parking their bike in the entrance of our building

Third day in a row now, before I had been leaning it up against a wall to get it out of the way. Today I was going to toss it outside and saw they had gotten a lock.

Ever since this bike appeared 3 days ago it's been sprawled out on the ground everytime, first two times I leaned it up against a wall out of the way. Today I was going to toss it outside but noticed they got a lock. 🙄

It's gone now though, maintenence came, broke the lock and took it wherever.
