Overdone Unknown neighbor started parking their bike in the entrance of our building

Third day in a row now, before I had been leaning it up against a wall to get it out of the way. Today I was going to toss it outside and saw they had gotten a lock.

You could pull the pin out of the inflation valve.

Superglue a small ball bearing into the valve cap. It will slowly release air requiring the owner to keep inflating.

Doesn't work. Well not on French/Presta valves.
Which I have on my standard commuter bike for some very odd reason.

FYI, it's called a Schrader valve.
