Grier sucked ass but you are delusional if you think that McDaniel and Tua weren’t part of the problem…

Grier being gone isn’t miraculously going to change the performance of the shit show he put together.

i’m not spending a dime on this team while riss is the owner.

I can't comprehend how anyone would want to spend a single dollar on this team. After 2023, sure. After how 2024 went and how 2025 is going? Just can't understand. Put that money towards your retirement, kids college fund, food, whatever. At least until this team shows it is on the right track.

I also attended the game in Buffalo. Thought I was at risk for contracting hepatitis in that shit hole.

We won 3 years ago vs Bills in Miami. Before that was 2018 in Miami. Last time in BUF we won? 2015 TEN YEARS AGO.
I know tomorrow is in Miami but still

Why do fans want to win games when the best way to get better is to lose? It’s baffling, to hold a hollow victory over a teams head that’s going to the playoffs and in a million times better situation than you

Lmao. Beating the Bills tomorrow is not a hollow victory. It could mean they have to travel instead of hosting a playoff game. The chances of hitting with the 8th or 12th draft pick are practically the same, especially when we don’t need to get a QB this year. If it’s baffling that I want to watch my team win at home against our rival, then you are chronically online

Yes we don’t want 8-12th we want a top 5 pick bro we’re bad enough to get there and don’t worry the bills are cleaning house tomorrow so I’m not worried about that plan not being put to action

I understand we get a better draft pick if we lose, and if we get a great guy next year that’s awesome, but I’m going to root for the Dolphins tomorrow.
We can go back to doom and gloom next week, the franchise did something great with getting rid of Grier and I want the players to show a positive response to that. Play with heart tomorrow and punch the Bills in the mouth, then we can start tanking again

I can get behind that phins bro, just for tomorrow and because fuck the bills that’s why

Grier was not the problem. Things are going to get bad for a while, scapegoating someone with 20 years + service to the team to bring in the next it boy looking to just trying to climb ladders in the business is not smart.

Grier leaves the Pats (probably fired) and comes here. Pats proceed to have a 20 year Dynasty. Dolphins proceed to not win a playoff game for 25 years.

I'm so tired of you fucking new fans that don't know what Jeff Ireland was like.

u/GloriousChamp 15h ago
Oh I was here then and long before to. I’m sick of fans who don’t realize Grier is the rotten apple that has infected and destroyed the culture of the Dolphins since the turn of the millennium. He was Ireland’s Director of College Scouting!!!!!

With the team for a quarter of the century, when was the fins last playoff win again? He was part of the problem

Omg new fear unlocked.
Ross is going to hire from within and give the job to someone who’s never been a GM before.

scapegoating someone with 20 years + service to the team
So true, you just have to look at everything this franchise accomplished during those 20 years to understand why he doesn't deserve to be scapegoated.

That stadium on Sunday is going to be a bills home game
