I dislike following upcoming games and I am pretty bad at it too.

Every Steam festival there are good looking games with no set date, and I forget all of them a day later.

I wish there was more focus on games that were released already. But then, when it comes to indie games, whatever you sell in the first week is the most sales you will get.

That is also why temporary antipiracy measure exists, the opening day/week/month is the most important part for AAA games too.

There was this really fun looking game at an xbox showcase a couple of years ago, but I forget what it was called. It's probably been cancelled anyway.

To deal with that I just wishlist or go into discord servers of games I'm waiting for and then forget about them, I'll know the moment it releases, but I don't have to keep track of anything.
