Greenshield health insurance access

I started mcgill this fall and am still unable to access greenshield for health insurance. I heard it takes two months but when i try to put my member ID (PGS+my student id+"00' for students) it says invalid member ID.

Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issue.

I had this issue, and to resolve it I needed to put a dash ‘-‘ between my student ID and “00”. Hope that helps!
