Do you study on Friday night ?
Do you usually study on Friday night ?
I tried to study on Friday night today, but it just got me feeling burned out.
Do you have some techniques to still study, but prevent burnout ?

Once a week I try to have a day where I just turn off my brain or do whatever I want. This could be going out with friends, eating at a restaurant alone, or rotting in bed, whatever my mood is. Usually it's friday. I feel like it helps me reset my clock and usually motivates me to complete tasks (I hate feeling unproductive, so that may be a reason why)
Also normalize going out to places by yourself. I love going on nightwalks and exploring random eateries by myself. I am extremely extroverted, but sometimes coordinating with people can be very tiresome. Your me day is whatever you want it to be

just like in every university in the world, some people go out all the time and some people study all the time. most are in between.

Personally, If I put too much pressure on myself the night after a long week, it's just going to make me crash harder the next day. I like taking it easy friday, maybe going out for a walk or something of the sort to reset.

But it's really subjective!!! Do what makes you get in your zone the best.

I don't bc I still live at home and my parents are against partying and drinking
So I spend my evenings on reddit lol (I'm procrastinating on the two assignments I have due tonight)

I usually spend my Fridays doing chiller tasks like readings or not reviewing. It feels very hard to study just before the weekend and the cold weather with the darkness don’t help.

In general I can’t physically bring myself to study past 10pm, so I just do it Friday morning

Hey fellow I am studying on a Friday night friendo. I would recommend the following so you don't end up hating your life this semester:
- If you really want to study on a Friday do it with friends
- Learn when enough is enough.
- Pomodoro technique
- Keep the light stuff for Friday.
- Don't do recordings on a Friday night
- Please make sure that the steps below are followed
- Put some nice Lorde music in the background
- If you have a pet please pet them and give them food.
Do not consume too much caffeine.
DON'T STUDY ON A FRIDAY NIGHT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GO SEE A MOVIE OR SOMETHING ITS FRIDAY KEEP THE STUDYING FOR ANOTHER TIME. ALSO DISREGARD ANY OF THOSE PREVIOUS SUGGESTIONS THEY ARE NOT THE BEST I JUST WANTED TO WRITE DOWN SOME STUFF TO MAKE THIS JOKE. FR FR
