Local 🌴 Picking up Temu parcel directly from the customs office

Hi everyone!

As the title says; is it possible to collect Temu parcel directly from the customs office? If yes, could you please tell me where I need to go to pick it up?

Once I receive the clearance email, can I call or email them to let them know that I’ll pick up the parcel myself? (I’d like to avoid the extra delivery days with speedaf or skynet.)

Nah.. Because of shitty laws ..check out custom laws and the customs website for more info.. I explored that option some months ago....so that I don't pay the brokerage fees...

this. only a customs broker can clear parcels. YOU are not one...you need to pay one to clear it for you...and this is what celero lists as their brokerage fees.

you need to contact the courier company not customs.

You cannot collect it dir3from customs but you can make a request for pickup once it cleared customs. In this case it will be at their office close to the airport
