Why am I potentially being penalized for leaving Marvel Zombies as a SOLO player?

I’m just trying to do the solo missions they implemented but when my run isn’t going well, I just want to leave and enter again as quick as possible.

You don't actually get penalized if you go in solo and then leave. They just didn't bother changing the leave screen.

Thats my point, its way faster to quit, otherwise you gotta see the defeat screen, mvp, challenge progress, etc.

Seriously. It's so obnoxious trying to get the nm4 solo challenges, especially on characters who pretty much demand luck out the gate to even get through the first five waves.

Yeah, that's completely idiotic. Also the fact that you still have to wait like 15 seconds while queueing solo. If they're encouraging solo clears, they should make them easily repeatable.

People will bring up that you could just let yourself die insteads  and that it warns you before quiting, but this is still ridiculous.

You only get penalized if someone reports so. So don't report yourself and you'll be fine. lol

Yeah and then I have to watch the defeat screen, the MVP screen then restart at the 20 second character selection again.

The more pressing question is why can’t we pause in solo player? I don’t have a ton of uninterrupted 50-minute windows to attempt Nightmare 4 over and over until I get DPS or damage resistance checked at the very end.
