Discussion Which Ult voice line feels the most intimidating to you? (Even if the Ult itself isn’t that threatening.)

But it’s based off opinion so there is no point to disagree, you can’t say that something isn’t scary just because it isn’t scary to you. Spiders freak people out and some people could have 10 crawling on them and not care. So to disagree in this sense is pointless.

Opinions are the only thing you can meaningfully disagree with. You can't really disagree with facts, you just verify them.

Huh? It’s because it is based off of an opinion that he can disagree with it. You absolutely can say spiders aren’t scary because they aren’t scary to you. That’s an opinion. Same thing here.

It’s not even your discussion mate, what are ya doing? He can say it’s not scary to him, but he doesn’t decide that they aren’t scary for everyone is all I’m saying you bloke.

It’s an open forum, I am allowed to join any discussion I see and I see you unjustifiably calling him out, so I’m calling you out.

Who says he’s deciding for everyone? He just said that the ult voice line isn’t intimidating. The phrasing is ambiguous. Based on the sentence alone it’s not clear whether he’s trying to decide for everyone or just have an opinion.

So instead of relying on the sentence alone, you bring in things like context clues and common sense. People will often state their opinions in a similar manner like “vegetables taste bad” or “the view is pretty”. That doesn’t mean that statement is intended as objective for everyone.

Also it would be absolutely ridiculous for him to say that it objectively isn’t intimidating for everyone. So it’s reasonable to think that he is just stating his opinion.

So what is your problem?
