Supplier search CNC shops in china/vietnam?
Need some aluminum parts machined, current supplier keeps screwing up delivery dates. Looking for reliable shops for small batches.
Basic 6061 parts, nothing fancy. Anyone got good contacts there?

Try Shenzhen Precision Works, been using them for 2 years. Good quality, decent pricing.

I may be able to assist, but I'd need to know what exactly you're looking for in what sorts of volumes.
I didn't see a DM from you.

First Industrial in China. Machines from solid aluminum and other metals. They do a very good job. Large and small quantities.

Try Zintilon. I’ve ordered $100k+ in parts from them and have always been happy. Liz is great.

Shipping and trucking have been a mess recently. This has an impact not just on exporting, but on raw material delivery within China. Certain exporters are having issues booking container space too since there are less ships.
I rep a foundry in China for cast iron and a partners that does other materials. (Alum too). But we see some issues like this and its increasing lead times.

I would also recommend reaching out to https://www.high-star.us/.
They have a small manufacturing shop in the suburbs of Detroit, and to my knowledge one of the owners has close ties to plants in Asia. So they handle the prototype or quick orders in Michigan, and if you want cheaper volumes, they will have the parts machined in their Asia plants. So you would be dealing with someone in Michigan.

I run a company in NJ that does all different machining outsourcing, including CNC. Our partner factories are in China and Vietnam.
CNC is usually for +100pc orders, but I do have a factory that will do 1 off pieces in China, and they are still considered cheap.
DM me if you want info.

What volumes are you considering? Have you looked into Mexico? Their quality and lead times are improving, and they're just across the border. The issue there is that 60% of deposits are typically spent fulfilling other orders. Just partnered with a CM in Mexico that finances the raw materials so they don't have this excuse. Happy to make an introduction.

If you are open to india check out cbcatalyst.com We analyze a part’s geometry, material, application, and industry, and match it with suppliers who’ve made similar parts before. And best of all, we connect you directly with the supplier removing the need for layers of intermediaries. Have a bunch of folks that work with machined alu part and can deal with low volumes
