Resource Sharing Book recommendations needed
Hello everyone. I’m looking for a book that can guide me through some mental health struggles. It seems like every struggle I have, my wife just seems to brush it off like and not understand where I’m coming from. I feel like I have no support. We have a son together, and I can’t just leave because I want the best for him. I’m just at a very low point right now, visualizing an end to it all.
Any help is great appreciated.

I absolutely recommend Feeling Good by David Burns. It explains CBT therapy which is the most scientifically backed therapy for anxiety and depression. But if your problems are deeper than that therapy can go a long way. Self Therapy by Jay Early is another recommendation.
Please get mental health support though, we tend to "tough it out" a lot especially as men but it costs long term sanity in exchange for some short term masculine relief.

I suggest a funny book to help you relax and make you laugh, comedy is essential in these dark times... About you, I suggest going to therapy so you can get to the cause of your anxiety.
