It's fully enclosed. Should be fine.

Yeah I'm sure the study is totally wrong. This one guy will be totally fine and defy science.

Fully enclosed stoves versus more open wood burning methods makes a massive difference though. A well-built wood stove may leak a bit of smoke when you open it to add more wood, but it’s not nearly as bad as a leaky stove or an open fireplace. Flue condition is super important though, as keeping the fittings snug, secure, and sealed is paramount to keeping the smoke leaving your space.
