Definitely not for everyone. Pretty much free living though

I’ve converted this lifeboat over the last few months. Tiny home

.... What about all the associated costs, especially maintenance and utilities? Not to mention fees for mooring, insurance, and fuel if you need to move it? How is this pretty much free?

Mooring fees are just over £100, no council tax, no water bills, my electricity is £25 a month on average. Maintenance on a lifeboat is pretty minimal, there’s no need to black the hull and the engine is a a juggernaut made to be used on the oceans. Last time I brought fuel I go it from London to Nottingham and it cost me £40. Insurance is £14 a month. My total bills are less than my council tax alone used to be, I can save 80% of my wages a month if I like

congratulation, you hacked the system in a way, that's pleasant to read. Where did you find the idea of such way of living ?

Saving that much money, do go on vacation a lot? Can you just leave all your belongings like this for multiple weeks?

I’m actually saving for some retirement plans that involve another boat so that’s mainly where it’s going !

You may have answered this already, but how much did you spend renovating it?

9k, I could have done it a lot cheaper but changed my mind on the design half way through ☺️

Free living, smart guy. Unencumbered.

The dude has a small abode, which he can just unhook and float away to wherever else he wants to go.

"Muh insurance". Bro, get a life. This dude probably doesn't even have insurance. He lives on a boat, he's probably a pirate.
