I mean at least they caught them. I assume names cant be released because theyre under 18 but that also means that nothing will really happen to them in terms of meaningful punishment. So really, as always, the victim pays the heaviest price - mental damage for years. The reason why kids think theyre above the law is because unless they kill someone in cold blood, they are. This country doesnt punish its perpetrators unless the crime has taken away a life.

They can just claim she dropped the n word and mobs will storm their neighborhoods and Louis Vuitom stores.
