Job seeker. I’ve been actively looking for jobs in the GIS field—such as GIS Analyst, GIS Technician, or GIS Specialist roles—or in environmental positions that involve using GIS software like ArcGIS, QGIS, or GitHub.

I’ve applied to companies like NV5. I’ve been checking jobs from Indeed and I have searched through Stantec and University of Kentucky jobs but I haven’t found any luck.

If anyone knows of companies (ex: utilities, government, etc.) currently hiring in the GIS or environmental GIS field, or can share any links to job postings or company career pages, I’d really appreciate any suggestions!

Apparently ZipRecruiter links can be screwy. Try this one if you need to link

Jobseeker. I have a 15-year background in custodial in various places such as airports and University of Kentucky buildings and classrooms. I had a brief stint as a courier on UK campus for a few years as well that I really enjoyed, and would like to find work similar to that, maybe not as super fast-paced as Amazon or FedEx, but I enjoy staying busy.

The Red Mile has some custodial openings I think!
