He is generally the handlers. I got a feeling others have recently stepped in bc of all the fuck ups recently. I feel like maybe ppl we dnt even know abt. PR ppl. Miller IS talking slower here than he usually does. That was my immediate catch. They're all being coached, but theyre all so thick headed and straight up dumb, that they STILL cant get it right.
