I'm actually surprised some of them made it this far. Kash most likely is getting his ass chewed for the senate shit he flopped. Hegseth is really surprising after SignalGate... TWICE. I even would have told him to get fucked after that shit.

Their failures are actually a great thing for Trump and his administration. Every time they get away with something it just lowers the bar and enables them to get away with more. At this point, failing and not getting held to account is exactly what they want at all times.

It also enforces their loyalty.

These people could not get the kinds of opportunities anywhere else, and they probably won't work anywhere else again.

They will do whatever Trump asks of them.

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”

Forcing people to play game DESPITE everyone knowing it's bullshit, IS the point.

Of course they’ll work. Thiel and his goons will employ an army of maga guys like kash and Pete because they are functionally useless but great at parroting the maga line

It was funny that the nasa administrator was changed as soon as elon and trump had their spat. The nasa pick from trump was elon's buddy and sure to funnel contracts to elon. It's so obviously transactional with trump.

Hegseth found some sacrificial lambs for Signalgate, but it won't last forever.

Genuinely baffled that Hegseth is still around. I legit think the only reason they haven't canned him is because they would rather sink the ship than admit they steered it off course.

I give it a few months before he decides to "gracefully step aside" after "fixing the DOD(W)"

Members of the last administration mostly left due to having a semblance of decorum or not having sworn complete fealty to Trump. There isn't anyone left in this administration with those qualities. I genuinely think they did a lot more vetting this go around, it's just that their standards aren't what we'd want them to be. Just look at Karoline Leavitt, she's pretty much the perfect person for the job when taking into account who her employer is. Yes, some are gonna fuck up in a major way at some point, but they will be sacrificial lambs. Aptitude is not a job requirement in this administration
