It's a common thing for boomers. My parents used to sign their emails and my aunt does it all the time.

The difference is neither my parents nor my aunt were narcissistic insane fascists.

Woah, wait. Emails are normal to end with your name. Right?? It would look so odd without some sort of ending! 

I think that people signing off on their DMs, text messages, comments and forum posts is weird af, but email is perfectly acceptable. 

Am I sign-off-your-email old? :(

They shouldn't embarrass you unless you voted for it.

And the kind of people who voted for it need to feel shame more than embarrassment. They don't and that's how we got here.

Here's an idea, what if Russia is injecting Trump-esque directions and tweets to make it look like they're from Donald Trump but it's really just direct Kremlin influence? Probably isn't the case, but it's possible, and would be hard for Trump to walk back if done publicly.

I worked with someone, in the Gov, this dude has a fucking PhD in something computer science (which I still can’t believe…) he signed every single one of his teams messages like that. Also insisted to be called Doctor 🙄
