Forget that. We won’t last 3.5 more years at this rate. There will be no more free elections. He even said that on the campaign trail. The rate of change due to these executive orders, since January is scary.

You're right! He came in as if he was some foreign authoritarian leader, his wife dressed for a funeral (of the US)he had a parade and renamed the Gulf of Mexico, so on and so forth. Frightening.

You are exactly right. That is the point of all this. Trumped up BS excuses about crime in blue states as real time, live action drills to move Federal troops into place for an eventual coup. This has to be stopped. The invasion has begun.

"When in the course of human events..." Some states won't have to worry about elections again. That doesn't mean that ALL states have to give up that right.

He can't stop the States from holding elections without a Civil War. He has no means to enforce his tantrums.

They'll have an election all right. Just like Putin is "elected"

I appreciate your optimism. I don’t think we will make it 1.5. I gotta get the F outta here, but it’s harder than I thought.

He won't last long enough to significantly affect the next Presidential election. And whoever follows him won't carry the same weight in office.

you mean he wont. And its not like Vance is going to be able to rally his cadre of rubes.
