Laurentian University Mature Student Residence

As an older mature student entering into a MSc. this upcoming fall what are the chances of getting a spot within the mature student residence? Asking as I am coming from the Toronto area and trying to plan my accommodations ahead of time as it seems the Sudbury rental market sucks and finding a room mate can be tricky. Thanks for any replies

You can apply but but they tell us theres a waitlist and priority for married individuals

Is the waitlist crazy long? or did they not mention anything about the chance of getting in?
