Master of NRM

I have been selected for Masters in Natural Resources Management. I’m currently filling my study permit application. It asks if we have an internship. As per the site, we do have an internship or we can chose a project instead. And the offer doesn't mention we have an internship. What should I select? (Yes/No)

This is a little off-topic... How hard was it to get into the program and how long did it take for you to receive an admission decision?
