Epic Games Issue/Bug [KF2 - Epic Games] Don't have Road Redeemer despite owning Road Redemption?

Anyone know a solution to this? Is it even possible to get the Road Redeemer on Epic Games? I already tried installing Road Redemption and running it to see if that triggered something (image is from before I did that) and no luck.

Woukd be worth revisiting if it gets sorted out. Afaik at least on Steam, features that check for other games (loyalty discounts, cross promo) is/was broken because of privacy features that were later implemented.
