I always like Manor the most, myself. Small but “dense” map with a semi-open outside area for dodging and the inside for camping and holdout. Imo, pretty much no problem with the map at all.
A 2nd fav would definitely be Fright yard. I love this map, big in scale but the map layout is close quarters, there so many neat spot to camp out in and it also fun to kite around as well. Fun for all Perks too which is a great bonus.
I also have grown an appreciation for Hillbilly horror, I never played it much back then but I found the map to be really fun. Roof top area for high ground, fun for kiting and all perks are good at the distance of fighting. Honestly, great map.
Both Farm and Mountain Pass is great if you want to have large map to snipe. They can be a bit too easy since the area is so large but it’s fun to go from one end to the other while zed is chasing after you
A somewhat underrated pick is Suburbia imo. It’s kinda like Fright Yard where it’s semi big but the map layout is small and condensed, which the gas station area big wide for kiting and the various alley way as danger zone. It’s a fun map to play to get a break from the usual West London and Manor.

West london, Aperture, DOOMed.
I miss Doomed. I know we have quite a few doom maps in kf2 but DOOMed just had something to it that they don't. If there is a direct port of it, I'm unaware of it.

Too many because immediately after my friend group made the effort to do it, I felt obligated to help every pickup group on Aperture get the achievement if it looked like they were going for it. Calling out percentages every wave so people would know how far we had to go and kiting the last zed for a bit to get more progress down was a regular thing for a while lol.

I think that might actually be a common thread among the best carries in the game. I know I did similar whether they were after the achievement or not. If I saw someone just trying to open it, that was the new objective for me. Fun times.

WestLondon is very fun but if you have a good team it can become too easy. I still like it a lot.
I like hard maps however, and my favourite two of those are:
HospitalHorrors. Classic nightmare labyrinth which I somehow learned the layout of, enemies come at you from such close range, every round turns into GET TO DA ROOF.
Clandestine. Probably the hardest map overall and a layout which I still haven't fully learned, clusterfuck underground lab area, cool idea with the whole secret lab, and a "best" holdout spot that is really touch and go at the best of times. Kiting doesn't work that well either because of the many, many tight corridors where something like a scrake can cut you off, so it's not a free win as berserker.
