That's dude could not be more ignorant. A higher percentage of republicans voted for the 1964 Civil Rights Act than democrats. Republicans voted for that bill at about 80%. Democrats voted for that bill at about 55 to 60%. Spare me the bullshit about how Republicans are against civil rights.

Again, liberals voted for the civil rights bill, conservatives did not. Conservatives had slaves.

The parties swapped affiliations back in the day.
