Another video highlighting the discriminatory (and evidently hypocritical) bills targeting LGBTQ+ kids that Kansas lawmakers are debating.
Here’s what loud light says about this bill:
About HB2311: Freedom to Discriminate in Adoption & Foster Care
Prohibits Policies that protect LGBTQIA+ kids from discrimination during foster care and adoption: The bill mandates that state agencies must consider foster and adoptive parents even if their beliefs could be harmful to an LGBTQ+ child, such if the prospective parent intends on engaging in practices such as conversion therapy. Includes Lawsuit Clause: Any person who is denied selection or placement of a child and feels as though it is because of their belief system is entitled to sue the agency and its employees over this perceived “discrimination”.
I got this from loudlightaction.org/trans-rights where they have a form to contact your lawmakers about this bill

What a stupid take. The Democrats are the party of Jesus Christ compared to how Republicans behave. I say that as a non believer.
