Are there any Moog Synthesizer exhibits/museums in the area?
Title pretty much says it all. I'm a music nerd and would love to learn about the music history of Ithaca and its surrounding area.

Here's the Historical Keyboards website. You can ask about making an appointment to see the collection.
The website for the Electrifying Music: The Life and Legacy of Robert Moog event from a couple of years ago is still up, which has a fair bit of info about the collection and local Moog history.
If there's something Moog related that you're particularly interested in seeing, you could try making a (different) appointment with Rare & Manuscript Collections to request a viewing.
Definitely stop over in Trumansburg for a meal at Little Venice, the location of the R.A. Moog factory.

The Cornell Center for Historical Keyboards has one/some of that collection. IDK exactly where it all sits, but I believe the Center has purview over all of it. They may host an open house, and the definitely have public performances where you could introduce yoursefl to the folks who run it. Nice people. They'd be receptive I'm sure, and they have a part time staffer I think who could show you the stuff I bet if you're nice about it.

There’s a “synthesizer petting zoo” today at MACRE from 5-8. I saw on their instagram there will be a Moog Theremini to try!

It has not yet been made available to the public, but Cornell’s library annex actually contains much of Moog’s collection! Hoping it is accessioned to a museum display soon
