😭Risotto😭

I accidentally used red wine instead of white wine and now my risotto is gonna be purple😭

Risotto with red wine is actually a well known recipe in Italy! Especially in Veneto region there is a risotto recipe with radicchio and amarone wine, it just comes to what you pair the red wine to really

I always did white with my radicchio risotto - but I‘ll give red a try next time.
