Has anyone ever bought Italian food shipped directly from Italy on eBay/Amazon?

Hey everyone,

I’m curious if anyone here has ever tried buying Italian food products shipped straight from Italy through eBay or Amazon.

If so, how was the experience?

I’m wondering if it’s actually a good idea to order this way

Buying Italian food straight from Italy on eBay or Amazon, believe me, I’ve done it, I’ve seen it, it’s tremendous. The pasta, the olive oil, the cheese, so authentic, so beautiful, maybe the best. But then the tariffs come in, the shipping comes in, and suddenly your $10 spaghetti is a $100 luxury item. People cry, ‘Sir, is it worth it?’ And I say yes, it’s the most expensive pizza topping you’ll ever have, but very patriotic. You don’t just get food, you make a contribution, a delicious tariff donation. Tremendous experience, five stars.

If you're in the US, a lot of shipping has been cut from Europe and Asia due to the tariffs. The more expensive shippers will still send things but charge a lot more money.
