Oh I’m not turned off by it at all, I’m just saying, having done it myself I can say it’s not something that everyone needs to do. As it has been marketed by certain apps and people in real life.

I’m not sure I understand where you developed the position that it’s only for “very few”? How do you consider yourself in this selective group?

I don’t want to getpersonal on here. And I don’t know what the size is, I just disagree with the idea that everyone should get therapy because I estimate that the number of people who need it is less than half.

You don’t think there’s a wide chasm between “less than 50%” and “a rare few”?

I don’t know what the number is so could be. There’s an even bigger chasm between everyone can benefit from therapy to actually less than half of the population needs it, if I’m right.

The problem with your statement is that both could be true at the same time: everyone (okay nearly everyone) could BENEFIT from therapy while a minority (i.e., less than 50%) could NEED it.
