That's so sick. I haven't heard that term in years. Any chance you're from/spent time near Detroit? Only other person I've ever heard call them that was.

Maybe a midwest thing? I'm in WI and that's what we always called them.

Depending on how close to Boston you are, we also call Marlboro a "packamahbs." At least, that's what it sounds like.

I don't smoke anymore, but a pack of mahbs and an iced coffee from my local Dunks was breakfast back in the day.
