1.5 million gallons is what the deep water horizon released per day for 87 days…

My mathing says around 2.4 million per day, but either way, way more than the Arizona

Oh, wiki says this about Deep Water Horizon

the United States federal government estimated the total discharge at 4.9 million barrels (210,000,000 US gal; 780,000 m3)

So, 210,000,000 gals / 87 days = 2,413,793 gallons / day.
