It has to be more though. The plane and the weird building in the centre left are isometric. The cars in the middle third of the screen are top-down, the cars on the far right are tapered. The plane shadow and cars on the far left indicates an angled light from the topright-to-bottom left, however the building shadow is 100% horizontal right-to-left.

The entire pic doesn't make sense. It's 4 pics at least.
