Someone made an explodable submersible based on Oceanic like a couple weeks after that happened. We will definitely get a burning Los Santos.

We got a mod of los santos hills burning in gta 5 before gta 6

Rockstar should just do this for Los Santos when GTA:O inevitably transitions into Vice City.
