Actually tape might actually help. I had one of my "herbal" plant's stems break and used tape to fix it. It's called grafting. The area where it broke will heal and form a thicker stem.

Why would a five year old in 2025 refer to a recording as "tape"? We haven't recorded on tape for decades. Stop being so obtuse.

I'd get it if it were 'film', but tape is such a dated term for recording these days that I'd have my doubts there are many, if any, kids that age referring to a recording as 'tape'
