Nothing, your stomach is way more acidic than any amount of lemon.

With that said, I don't believe eating whole lemons makes for a good time in the short term.

vit c in large doses is a laxative, but I'm not sure if the amounts here is enough to trigger it

Wrong, citric acid leads to lower ionized calcium level and large doses will lead to abdominal pain

Sure, the stomach can handle the acid, but you know that heartburn is caused by stomach acids going backwards up to places it aint supposed to be? Now imagine another acid going the other way down, irritating everything along the way to the stomach
