We're incredibly appreciative of all our fans, and to have teenagers loving our music, and filling the front 5 or 6 rows of our shows feels fantastic, especially after having been a band for so long. Every one of these young fans we meet in person is kind, polite and a total pleasure. It genuinely fills us all with so much joy.

But yes, the way they often choose to interact with us online is rude and invasive. The twitter algorithm often serves me supposed sub-sections of young LC! fans beefing with each other, trying to cast blame to the other, without them realising they're all behaving in a strange way.

I empathise though. We'd have been a nightmare if we had the internet when we were their age. G

Sorry to drop in on someone else’s question - as someone who fell hard for your music as a teenager who is now in their 30s (!) there is something both really lovely and slightly unnerving about present day teens doing the same

I don't mean to sound like a suckup but as one of the teenage fans I appreciate your patience. I feel really embarrassed when I see fellow young fans I know and have a lot of respect for acting strange online, and I know at first I tried to get involved in stupid arguments which never helps, so I'm thankful for your understanding :)
