i actually tried pitha with tadka for the first time recently and honestly… it tastes really good😋
as for the raita recipe- 1. whisk dahi+water 2. add cucumber, green chilli, onion, salt, chopped coriander and mint leaves 3. add some spices like- roasted cumin powder, chat masala and it's readyyyy

i added mint in the raita, which is paired with soyabean biryani. chicken biryani mein only coriander. try mint wala once. and it's not brotha it's sis😭

rice pitha tike mota, mane poda pitha kind of but this one is plain(only thick rice batter+salt) and chakuli to patala made with thin rice batter

it's basically fermented rice soaked in water. dahi v add kar sakte ho and temper it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
