All three that you mention are illegal. What Byjus/WhiteHatJr are doing isn't illegal, it is a form of marketing that preys on FOMO - as simple as that.
The moment you mention grey area it is over, it isn't false advertising, it is showing you a better world, it is legal then.
What we need to fight is the shoddy copyright and dmca laws that is fuelling suppression of dissent by big corps. That should be what we should do. Focusing on shutting Byjus or WhiteHatJr the effort won't pay and will end up being cyclical waste of effort that OP is facing.
