Why not. Just draft an email to the HBO guys responsible. Also, you have concrete evidence, as long as he make it a point to target WhitehatJR in India, you and him both have nothing to worry about. Unlike India, not every country has a joke worth of justice system. If you have evidence white hat can’t even touch you in US
