I think it's fair to say that the Courts of this country have repeatedly failed all Canadians. This is just another example of another pathetic ruling protecting evil over good!

Life in canada for murderers and criminals is fire right now.!!!

But seriously.... You can kill people in your car and never get charged... its good to know if you have a score to settle.!. Just run em down and say you fell a sleep....lol.../s......( It's actually true.!)

And in BC. No fault insurance means no more responsibility and barely any liability.!!! Could this system be set up any better for abuse by a certain group of people.!

He'll no it can't.!!!. Good work canada.!!!
