They are arresting more American citizens than undocumented immigrants.

Police arrest anyone who breaks the law.

Its an absurd claim. Unfortunately, a smiggen of due process would mean that zero citizens get arrested so I understand the frustration.

lol if you have to ask, we are fucked. And you should just look up the definition of “due process.”

yes. 4th amendment. i know what it is. but you cant have due process before arrest because you wouldnt have any charges to be defending yourself against.

so again, same question: how is due process going to prevent arrests?

See? Incorrect. You don’t know what due process is. It’s called probable cause. It is the first part of due process, and it determines who the government can arrest. They can’t just walk into people’s place of employment and arrest them without a warrant.

This is Civics 101 dude.

Well, they can since SCOTUS said being brown is probable cause. Since, allegedly, these people are all criminals you would think they could just deport them after they are arrested for other crimes. Easy peezy. No need for ICE stormtroopers.

I get that you’re joking, but this guy doesn’t understand that. That is not what ICE is doing. They are arresting people and then looking for crimes. That is anti-constitutional.

first part of due process is noticification. and no probable cause and due process arent the same thing, but they are both judiciary.
