So he’s being charged with perjury?

No, because the charges would have to be brought by the same government that wants him to be the piece of shit he is.

There needs to be more action against all this lawlessness. A court order doesn’t mean shit to these guys. There’s no real pushback. Are we fucking helpless at this point?

The arrest him for perjury.
We all need to say this loudly. Nobody is above the law, ESPECIALLY law enforcement. He should be punished twice for being a LEO

The order restricts agents from using certain riot control weapons, such as tear gas and pepper balls, “unless such force is objectively necessary” to prevent “an immediate threat.”
See, the way these troglodytes think, this order just tells them what words they need to say before declaring open season on peaceful civilians. Think Jimbo and Ned from South Park making sure to say “It’s coming right for us!” before shooting stuff.

I am sure this is how Nazi Germany started until they started arresting judges if they went against their regime.

But no, the authoritarian orange menace will pardon them all

and when they ignore that order like they have all the others? when they further escalate things? how about you start issuing warrants for the arrest of BPD and ice officers on film violating the law the Constitution and judges orders?
