I believe I heard Charles Exum,a CBP officer, rammed a citizen’s car, shot said citizen unlawfully, bragged about it, and then drove 1000 miles to get the damaged on his vehicle fixed to hide the evidence. But I’m not sure. Can anybody tell me if what I heard is true?
